Painkillers and Kidney Damage
How NSAID painkillers can damage the kidneys and safer alternatives.

NSAIDs such as ibuprofen, diclofenac and naproxen reduce blood flow to the kidneys and can cause or worsen injury.
Paracetamol is usually safer for short-term use. Never combine painkillers without advice.
